Hidden camera prank catches Fruit Ninja Challenge

Fancy your chances as a real-life Fruit Ninja?

Students who can duck, dive and slice with the best of them should watch and learn, as the latest hidden camera video challenges unsuspecting members of the public to play a real-life version of the popular app game.

Armed with a baseball bat instead of the traditional blade, online phone retailer Mobiles.co.uk throws each contestant a selection of fruit– from the humble tomato to a daunting melon – with the aim of hitting 10.

On doing so they received a clue as to their next challenge which, without needing much more explanation, directs them to a pub to herd cats!

Jay Karsandas, Digital Marketing Manager at Mobiles.co.uk, said: “We know just how much of an everyday essential our phones and tablets have become, so we wanted to put them to the test and see how they can help in any situation, whatever life throws at you.”

To celebrate the release of the video, Mobiles.co.uk is offering viewers the chance to win their own tech prize - a Sony Z3 – by heading over to the Mobiles Facebook page and tagging a friend who they think would be a pro at the challenge.
