Think you’ve got what it takes to become a trader?

XTB, a global leader in FX and CFD trading, is launching a trading competition for students and young graduates to begin in mid-April.

The competition, called ‘XTB’s University Trading Challenge’ is an opportunity for students and graduates alike from various universities to increase their experience of the financial markets in a risk-free environment, develop their own technical and analytical skills and better understand the relationship between risk and reward.

Participants are given a demo trading account with £10,000 of virtual funds to compete against their fellow students. The student with the highest return on investment (ROI) will be awarded a trading account with £1,200 credit, plus a two-week internship in the analysis department in the company’s headquarters located in Canary Wharf, London. There are also additional prizes for other high-ranking students.

Omar Arnaout, organiser of the competition and Sales Manager of XTB, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in the financial markets to increase their experience and develop a solid foundation to trade in the future. We’ll offer the most promising trader a place on our highly popular internship scheme, which is helpful for anyone looking to build their CV and gain experience in the finance industry.”

Head to XTB's website to start your University Trading Challenge.
