Hayley Newton gives us some pre-date tips!

Ladies, first dates can be scary! Here at The Student Guide we know that dating is a huge part of university life so we thought we’d help you out a little. We spoke to Hayley Newton, personal trainer and choreographer to the stars, to find out her tips on feeling great when looking a new partner in crime!

Currently training Pixi Lott, Hayley has worked with celebrities all over the place, with clients such as Cheryl Cole to Take That. She says that the secret to a great date is feeling confident, and what better way to think beautiful than getting body beautiful?

I know the E-word may freak you out, but Hayley has  given us a few hassle free workout moves to tone the areas we worry about most. All without a dreaded trip to the gym or excessive sweating – great, we know!

There are also a few tips from Dating Guru Eden from www.wouldliketomeet.me about how to feel amazing before you take the plunge!

So if you want to get a little fitter, have a lovely bum, minus the bad tattoo or just feel a little brighter then get reading!

Good luck and happy love-hunting,
