Bra-less is better?By Sj.Cliff
Kim and Kelly have been showing us what they’re made of with their choice of outfits at the moment. Both ladies have chosen to free themselves of their bra’s and let it all hang out at recent awards ceremonies. But can going without a bra be better for your boobs?
Researchers at the University of Besançon have found that setting your chest free actually strengthens the muscles that keep them perky, thus giving them a better lift and shape. Professor Rouillon said 42 per cent of the women 'felt discomfort' for the first three months of not wearing a bra, but after that they felt fine, even when doing exercise!
After an ask round the ladies of TSG Towers we’ve all agreed to pretty much the same thing:
“I couldn't help but notice that, in the article, both Kelly Brook and Kim K are wearing outfits that support and lift their breasts in some way which is why there may not be any need for a bra. In my opinion, a well-fitted bra should be comfortable enough that it supports and lifts without being noticeable. As a bigger chested lady, I sometimes find wearing a bra more comfortable than not wearing one, and I think if I didn't I would get back pain within a few days! Also, exercising would be a nightmare…"
These studies have only been done on a handful of women, and the long term effects haven’t been fully investigated yet.
Even though it could be better for the breasts, going bra-less has other issues like:
- Its impact on your work life (you aren’t as likely to be taken seriously and library perv’s will be all over you)
- Your confidence – there’s literally nowhere to hide
- Jealousy – If you weren’t already jealous of the pretty girl in the office/lecture theatre, then you will be now
So would you bare all for the chance of perkier assets?
