Skinner retires Streets project
Mike Skinner and his band performed their final ever gig this weekend.
The Streets performed a fantastic set at The Big Reunion, in Skegness, celebrating and closing a decade of their career.
The singer, also celebrating his 32nd birthday, enjoyed a drink on stage with his production team and fans.
The emotional set capped off a successful career that began in 2002 with Original Pirate Material and concluded with this year's Computers And Blues. The band released five albums throughout their 10-year career.
Skinner recently formed a new project, The Dot, with former The Music frontman Robert Harvey.
They have already posted up a series of tracks on their official website Thedot.net, with Harvey taking up the lead vocals on the majority of the songs.
The Big Reunion is the UK's largest indoor Winter music festival over two weekends, bringing 15,000 people together with music performances across 6 arenas.
Chase & Status, Example, Rizzle Kicks, Devlin and Wretch 32 were among other acts that performed at this year’s event.
