We can hear the groans from here. Healthy food, whilst being colourful and fresh, is a total pain in the ass to prepare. Not only do you actually have to cook for yourself but get the ingredients too!

For those of you who want to eat healthy but really can’t be bothered with cooking; smoothies are the perfect solution. All that’s required is a blender and you have yourself some wonderful goodness minus the effort.
