Get into festivals for free: FESTAXI

Looking for something a bit different this summer? Get on board FESTAXI

FESTAXI made its debut at last year’s Latitude festival, with a pool of themed golf buggies, ferrying festival-goers around the site.

Since then, the team has also provided a shuttle service at the Relentless Boardmasters festival in Newquay, Strawberry Fields Festival in Leicester and The Great Dorset Steam Fair.

“We are currently planning our calendar for 2012 and have already confirmed some excellent festivals such as Plymouth VolksFest, Hop Farm Festival and Latitude - plus we will be confirming others shortly,” said Daniel Jones, Director of FESTAXI.

They are currently looking for fun, enthusiastic and trustworthy volunteers to assist with their onsite transport service.

You must hold a full driving licence to operate a festival taxi but this is not a requirement for control staff.

FESTAXI operates at no cost to the festival, promises more energy and enjoyment time for festival goers and is a viable advertising space for prospective sponsors.

So if you are looking for an opportunity to get to some festivals for free this summer and want to try something a bit different then look no further than FESTAXI.
